Soccer is for everyone. The MLS GO PLAY FUND, facilitated by the RCX Sports Foundation, helps qualifying families cover part of the cost of getting their children onto the field through MLS GO programs.
IMPORTANT — APPLY BEFORE REGISTRATION
Applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the league registration deadline. Funds cannot reimburse children who have already registered. Pasco United's deadline will be announced with the season.
You will complete the application on RCX Sports Foundation's Submittable website, not on Pasco United's website.

Annual household income must be below $83,730. Proof is required.
The child must be enrolled in at least one of these programs. Proof is required.
A parent or legal guardian must apply. One application is required per child. Funding is limited and not guaranteed, even if your family meets these criteria. An incomplete application will be declined. Eligibility details are determined by RCX Sports Foundation.

Have your information ready before starting the application. The award process happens outside the Pasco United Club Hub.
- 01PREPARE DOCUMENTS
Gather proof of income and the child's enrollment in Medicaid, SNAP or WIC. Have the intended league's name (Pasco United Soccer Club) and website ready.
- 02APPLY THROUGH RCX
A parent or legal guardian completes the 2026 Family Scholarship form on Submittable. Submit a separate application for every child.
- 03WAIT FOR THE DECISION
Track your submission through Submittable. Do not register or pay the club registration fee while awaiting an award decision.
- 04USE APPROVED ASSISTANCE
If approved, funding goes directly to your league operator. The operator may waive the eligible fee or provide a discount code. Families do not receive a cash payment.

Can I apply after I register or pay?
No. The 2026 MLS GO PLAY FUND does not reimburse registrations. Apply first, at least three weeks before the registration deadline, and wait for an award decision.
Does meeting the eligibility rules guarantee a scholarship?
No. The fund has limited resources. Every application is reviewed by RCX and receiving an award in one season does not guarantee another.
Where do I upload income or benefits paperwork?
Only through the official RCX Sports Foundation application on Submittable. Do not send income, Medicaid, SNAP or WIC documents to team chats or the Pasco United Help Desk.
Does the scholarship cover the entire registration fee?
Not necessarily. The 2026 family program may cover a portion of costs. The approved amount depends on the application and available funding.
